3. Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on electrogarden.in are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
We make every effort to display accurate stock availability. In the rare case that an ordered item is out of stock after your payment, we will contact you within 24 hours and offer a full refund or alternative product.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order on electrogarden.in constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and COD (on select pin codes) via Razorpay.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing, before dispatch
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
In case of payment failure, please do not place the order again immediately — check your bank statement first to avoid duplicate charges
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery is 4–6 business days from dispatch. Electrogarden.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, public holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
