At Electrogarden.in, we take quality seriously. Every batch of products goes through a basic inspection before dispatch from our Jaipur warehouse. We believe in being transparent about what we can and cannot offer — so please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

⏱️ 48-Hour DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

Most of our products are electronic components sourced directly from manufacturers. We do not receive warranty support from our suppliers — however, we stand behind every order we ship with a 48-hour DOA guarantee.

To raise a DOA complaint, WhatsApp us at +91-9529948303 within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo or short video showing the issue
• Brief description of the problem

Once verified by our team, we will offer:

• Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability)
• Full store credit if the product is out of stock
• Refund to original payment method for orders under ₹1000 (processing time: 5–7 business days)

🛡️ Products with Extended 7-Day Coverage

The following higher-value products carry an extended 7-day replacement guarantee for manufacturing defects, in addition to the 48-hour DOA policy:

❌ What We Do Not Cover

• Products damaged due to incorrect wiring, overvoltage, or improper installation
• Products that have been soldered, modified, cut, or physically altered in any way
• Change of mind or wrong product selected by the buyer — please check specifications carefully before ordering
• Consumables and components under ₹100 (resistors, capacitors, small connectors, etc.)
• Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery (or 7 days for extended coverage products)
• Products without original packaging or missing accessories
• Damage caused by water, fire, or physical mishandling after delivery

🚚 Return Shipping

For approved DOA or defective claims:

• For orders above ₹1000 — we will arrange and cover return pickup via our courier partner
• For orders below ₹1000 — buyer is responsible for return shipping cost; we will reimburse via store credit upon verification
• Please do not return any product without first getting approval from our team — unapproved returns will not be accepted

🚫 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing, provided they have not been dispatched
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
• To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately with your order number
• Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
